Stephanie L. Beaumont, DVM, DACVO
Dr. Stephanie Beaumont is a board-certified veterinary ophthalmologist with nearly 20 years of specialized experience. A graduate of Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine, she completed internships in small animal medicine and ophthalmology, followed by a three-year residency in comparative ophthalmology at UC Davis. Dr. Beaumont has practiced across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Texas, contributed to veterinary research and publications, and regularly speaks at professional conferences. She is an active member of several veterinary associations and remains committed to staying at the forefront of her field through ongoing education.

Where do I begin? From the moment we entered this facility I knew we came to the right place. The calm and VERY clean environment had Roxxy, my 10.5 year old Olde English Bulldog at ease. The staff was so kind and attentive. ANYWAY, the most important thing was the level of care my baby received! Dr Beaumont did such a thorough and beautiful job removing the growth on her third eyelid. The healing was swift and without incident. Although I hope to never need her again, I would highly recommend her and this office to anyone needing an eye specialist for their furry friend.

Doctor Beaumont is highly knowledgeable very professional and I highly recommend this place to anyone. Dr. Beaumont has treated my Sheltie for Corneal ulcers on both eyes but thank goodness it is well controlled with medication. My dog is feeling much better and will keep rechecking as recommended. The Staff are wonderful and caring. Thank you for taking care of my Miley.

After my 11 year old Shih Tzu experienced eye trauma we took him to an emergency vet clinic. After following up with our primary vet for multiple visits over a course of one month his eye was not making progress. I then found Dr Beaumont on the internet. I cannot begin to describe how professional and understanding the staff was even before I walked into the office. They reassured me that they would do all they could to treat my dog and help me better understand the complications. Dr. Beaumont continued this professionalism as she described her assessment and plan for treatment. Dr. Beaumont cured my dog within six days. I’m so grateful to Dr Beaumont and her staff. Dr Beaumont and her staff were incredible with my dog Sophie after a groomer got unknown chemicals in her eyes. They were able see Sophie immediately, were incredibly kind and patient with Sophie, and treated her with ointments and eye drops so she made a full recovery from the incident at the groomers. I would recommend Dr Beaumont to any of my friends and trust her and her staff to care for Sophie. Sophie is better than ever and I am very thankful for the Animal Eye Specialist in Plano.

The doctor and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. This appointment my wife went to she was almost immediately called back, the dog was checked, and they were sent on their way quickly. She was back home and back at work with an hour of when she left for the appointment. Thank you!

I was absolutely blown away with my experience here. Starting with the facility; it was clean and smelled much nicer than most vets I've been to, but the best part of this place was the staff. They were welcoming, helpful, professional, just an all around good group of people that very obviously care about their patients and their owners. I hope we don't run into any more eye problems with our dogs, but if we do I know where we'll take them. Fantastic 6 out of 5 of Google would let me!

We love love love this place. They have been so nice to us since day one. My 3-year-old chihuahua had juvenile cataracts and we decided to have the surgery to fix her eyes. Not only did they fix her eyesight, they restored her personality. She loves everyone up there and we always look forward to seeing them at every visit. I would highly recommend using them for any concerns with your animals eyesight. Look how clear those eyes are!!!!!!
