Sarah
Sarah has had a passion for animals since she was little. She was raised in McKinney and has had various pets growing up including cats, dogs, guinea pigs, rabbits, parrots, and more! Sarah was in veterinary general practice for 4 years until she decided she would like to dive into the ophthalmology world. She is excited to learn more about eyes while working on becoming a Licensed Veterinary Technician.
When she is not working, you can find Sarah pet sitting, volunteering at a cat rescue as well as a local wildlife center. She enjoys spending time with her two kitties: Alice the tripod calico and Betty the sweetest Tortoiseshell cat.

Keiko
Keiko was born and raised in Carrollton, Texas. She has worked in the veterinary field for 3 years, and joined the Animal Eye Specialist team in February of 2022. Since joining the team, Keiko has enjoyed learning something new about eyeballs everyday.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, going to live shows, and expressing herself creatively. She has three fur babies: Luna a chihuahua, Oliver a Shih Tzu mix, and Yuki a Chihuahua mix.

Gwyn
Gwyn joined the Animal Eye Specialists team in January of 2016. She has worked in the veterinary field as a receptionist since 2009. Gwyn started out in general practice, then worked in internal medicine and oncology for a short period. Gwyn has always had a love for animals, art and reading. In 2014, Gwyn started a small pet artwork business combining two of her passions. “I start and end every piece with the eyes. The eyes tell you so much about the personality of the animal.” Working in animal ophthalmology seemed like a natural transition. “Eyes are so much more complex than you would think. I am really enjoying learning more about the health and anatomy of the focus of my artwork.”
Gwyn has three hounds named Lola Longbottom (Basset Hound mix), G-Ya (Rhodesian Ridgeback), and Axle (Rhodesian Ridgeback). She is also owned by a very bossy cat named Popi Cat Extraordinaire.

Crystal
Crystal was born in to an animal loving family. From a very young age she had a special bond with pets and animals were naturally drawn to her. It only made sense for her to end up in the veterinary field.
She spent over 13 years providing medical care for pets. She has now moved into a management role so that she can help shape the way your pet is cared for.
When not working, she can be found baking, crafting, and spending time with her family.
